The process very good, and the tools he uses to get the information are intuitive and very detailed. We went into every aspect of what we were looking for, and he gave us very good advice along the way. He is very responsive to questions and concerns.
On the day of the wedding, he was on time, and came with a second cameraman, and proceeded to shoot the wedding, making sure they were not getting in the way of the ceremony.
Once the pictures were available, we were blown away by the quality and the detail of them. It really made reliving the day quite vivid and special.
